• 400 gr. di farina 00
  • 40 gr. di zucchero
  • un pizzico di sale
  • 40 gr. di burro ammorbidito
  • 2 cucchiai di liquore Alkermes
  • olio per friggere
  • zucchero a velo

Mescolare e impastare tutti gli ingredienti su una spianatoia.

Formare una palla liscia e col mattarello tirare una sfoglia sottile.

Con la rotella dentata ritagliarne delle strisce che si annoderanno in un nodo lento per permettere la cottura uniforme.

Cuocerle friggendole in abbondante olio, scolarle e spolverare con zucchero a velo.

      1- I decided the topics I wanted to cover
      2- I asked for help in building images and settings
      3- I preferred a paid option from the start.
      in my blog there are no advertisements because in my country it is not possible to do 2 activities or as in my case, to be retired and have another source of income, so I do it out of passion, because I like it, I love cooking since I was little – my cookbook I wrote in first grade, when I was 6 years old.
