Ingredienti:

  • 400 gr. di farina 00
  • 40 gr. di zucchero
  • un pizzico di sale
  • 40 gr. di burro ammorbidito
  • 2 cucchiai di liquore Alkermes
  • olio per friggere
  • zucchero a velo

Mescolare e impastare tutti gli ingredienti su una spianatoia.

Formare una palla liscia e col mattarello tirare una sfoglia sottile.

Con la rotella dentata ritagliarne delle strisce che si annoderanno in un nodo lento per permettere la cottura uniforme.

Cuocerle friggendole in abbondante olio, scolarle e spolverare con zucchero a velo.
