CALAMARI IN UMIDO
Anche se si tratta di un piatto semplice e abbastanza veloce da preparare, è veramente gustoso, da provare!
Ingredienti:
- 1 kg. di calamari
- 500 gr. di polpa di pomodoro
- 1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco secco
- 1 spicchio di aglio
- sale, pepe o peperoncino
- olio e.v.o.
Pulire i calamari lavandoli bene e togliendo il becco, gli occhi, la vescichetta di inchiostro interna, la penna.
Se sono piccoli si possono lasciare interi, se sono più grossi è bene tagliarli a pezzi.
In una padella scaldare l’olio con lo spicchio di aglio che poi verrà tolto, aggiungere i calamari e lasciare che emettano la loro acqua; quando sarà assorbita aggiungere il vino bianco fatto scaldare a parte fino a quasi bollitura.
Lasciare evaporare poi aggiungere la polpa di pomodoro scaldata precedentemente a parte.
Aggiustare di sale e pepe o peperoncino e lasciare cuocere per circa 30/40 minuti.
